The Energy and Natural Resources team advises oil companies on the acquisition and divestment of oil and gas assets, farm in agreements, restructuring of energy projects, joint venture agreements, production sharing contracts, service contracts and regulatory compliance related issues.
The Group also has experience with regard to energy related project finance, gas sales contracts, power projects and environmental law.
